A view inside my shop

I have to grind all the cut edges of the glass after I saw them to make them nice and smooth...I have water dribbling onto the diamond grinder wheel (and all over me) while I grind

And here I am drilling the holes for the wire bail to go through...I use only silver wire for my bails.

Here is a pile of freshly ground pieces that I have put in the kiln for firing later today. They look all dull after grinding, but the kiln will heat them to 1330 degrees and the outside layer of glass will start to melt and turn them all glossy.

I'll post photos after I get them out of the kiln tomorrow!
